Narromine Shire Council’s Long Term Financial Plan, Workforce Management Plan, Asset Management Plan, Delivery Program, Operational Plan (including Council’s budget and fees and charges) and the Macquarie Regional Library Budget and Fees and Charges will be on public exhibition until 5pm, Wednesday 4 June 2020.
Council’s 2020/2021 Operations Plan and Delivery Program identifies priority projects and activities that will be delivered to the community.
Almost $9 million will be spenton capital works projects and a strong focus on progressing major economic projects are among the highlights of Narromine
Shire Council’s draft Delivery Program and Operations Plan.
Narromine Shire Council’s General Manager, Jane Redden said “residents are encouraged to view and provide feedback on the plans while they remain on public
“The draft Operational Plan sets our Council’s entire works program for 2020/2021, covering everything from maintaining our parks through to major projects”
“Council is focusing on providing an attractive place for business and our community to continue to grow” she said.
The draft operational plan, which incorporates the Council’s budget and fees and charges for the financial year July 2020 to June 2021 inclusive, outlines
activities to be undertaken by Council over the next financial year.
