Tenders

All Council Tenders are available on the Tenderlink Website. In order for businesses to view and apply for tenders, quotes and EOI's businesses are required to register.

Narromine Shire Council use this portal to advertise tenders, quotes, EOI and other purchasing requirements to the market and to manage the procurement process through to contract award stage.

We welcome current and potential suppliers of goods and services to register on this portal. There is no charge for registration.

Once confirmed as a registered supplier, you will receive email notification of any new opportunities we publish. You will also be able to access this portal to view any associated documentation, participate in Q&A forums and where required, submit electronic bid responses through our secure, e-tender box facility.

    Narromine Shire Council will commence their agreement from 1 August 2026, for a basis period of 23 months

    INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Tenderlink Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 12 May 2026

    DOCUMENTS: Applicable tender documents can be downloaded viaTenderlink, https://portal.tenderlink.com/regionalprocurement/login until the submission close date for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST.
    Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document. Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Tenderers are advised that participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted
