Responsibilities of the Finance & Corporate Strategy Department

The Finance and Corporate Strategy Department is responsible for the Financial Practices of Council including preparation of Financial Statements, Budget Reviews, Rating, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Payroll and Delivery Program. In addition, we maintain Council's Information Technology network and customer service.
