(Quorum to be a minimum of 5 Youth Members and must include a Councillor Representative)
- One Councillor – Cr Bohm
- One Councillor as Alternate Representative – Cr Smith
- A maximum of 20 Youth Members aged 11 to 18, with representation from Trangie Central High School, Trangie Central Primary School, St Johns Primary School Trangie, Narromine Public School, St Augustines Primary School Narromine, Narromine Christian School and Narromine High School.
