This application is Council-related development with a value (over $5 million) declared to be regionally significant development.

s100B Rural Fires Act 1997 – Bushfire Safety Authority is required.
Consent Authority
Regionally significant development to be determined by the Western Region Planning Panel.
Description of Development
The subdivision proposal includes the following components:
- The creation of twenty nine (29) General Industrial (Torrens title) allotments.
- The creation of two (2) Rural (Torrens Title) allotments.
- The creation of one (1) road widening allotment.
- The creation of one (1) drainage reserve allotment.
- The creation of one (1) for stormwater management allotment.
- The creation of two (2) lots suited to accommodate servicing infrastructure; and,
- Subdivision works, including road construction and servicing connection.
The development is Integrated Development under Clause 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the following additional approvals are required:
The Application requires the approval of NSW Rural Fire Service – s100B Rural Fires Act 1997 – Bushfire Safety Authority.
The subject Development Application and supporting documentation are on display from 4 February to 13 March 2026 at the following locations during the following hours:

Any person may lodge a written submission during the exhibition period concerning the Development Application. If the submission is an objection, the grounds of the objection must be specified in the submission.
Written submissions may be made and will be received up until 5pm 13 March 2026.
Under the Environmental Planning Assessment Act, a person who makes a public submission to Council in relation to a development application is required to disclose the reportable political donations and/or gifts (if any) made by the person making the submission, or any associate of that person, within the period commencing two (2) years before the submission is made and ending when the application is determined.

Narromine Aerodrome Masterplan 2025
Narromine Shire Council at its meeting in December 2025 resolved to place the Draft Aerodrome Master Plan on Public exhibition from 15 December 2025 to 28 February 2026.
Submissions must be received by Saturday, 28 February 2026.
Please address all submissions to the General Manager, titled “Submission on Draft Aerodrome Master Plan”, and post them to PO Box 115 Narromine, or via email mail@narromine.nsw.gov.au, or submit via the Have Your Say feedback form on this page.
About the Plan
The Narromine Aerodrome Strategic and Master Plan provides the long-term framework for the development and management of the Aerodrome over the next 25 years.
The Plan is reviewed and updated every five years to ensure it remains relevant to the needs of the community, industry, and Council.
The current revision builds upon previous versions and incorporates contemporary needs, stakeholder input, and updated industry standards.
The updated Master Plan reflects the history, significance, and future potential of the Narromine Aerodrome, and provides clear strategic direction to guide decision making, planning policies, and future investment.
