Classification of Land - Lot 1, DP 1308285 - Sissian Road, Trangie
Council resolved at its Ordinary Meeting held on 8 October 2025 that, upon closure of the former public road being Lot 1 DP 1308285, the land be classified as operational land for the purposes of the Local Government Act 1993.

Classification of Land Part - Lot 223, DP 1091087 - Fifth Avenue, Narromine
Council resolved at its Ordinary Meeting held 12 November 2025, that upon purchasing Fifth Avenue, Narromine, Part Lot 223 DP 1091087, the land be classified as operational land for the purposes of the Local Government Act 1993.

Draft Integrated Planning and Reporting Documents 2026
Council at its ordinary meeting held 13 May 2026 adopted its Draft Integrated Planning and Reporting documents which are now on public exhibition for a period of 28 days prior to adoption of the final Integrated Planning and Reporting documents at the Ordinary Meeting of Council to be held on 24 June 2026.

Road Names
Council at its Ordinary Meeting held 13 May 2026 resolved to place following road names on public exhibition for a period of 28 days, with a further report to be presented to Council following the exhibition period.
In accordance with the Roads Regulation, Council is seeking feedback from the community for future road names. Names for identified subdivisions are suggested below.
The main goal of naming roads is to create clear addresses. Clarity in names helps emergency services and other organisations find their way around our community.
Naming often commemorates an event, person or place. The names of people who are still alive shall not be used.
Submissions are to be in writing. The following proposed road names are on public consultation from 18 May 2026 to 19 June 2026.
