Any person may lodge a written submission during the exhibition period concerning the Development Application. Submissions must be received by 5pm, 2 November 2026.

The Proposed Development includes the installation of a Standalone BESS within the Southern quadrant of the existing Hybrid Project.
- 4 x 6.25 MWh battery units
- 1 x Inverter Skid
- 1 x 10,000L water tank
- Perimeter fencing around the Proposed Development
- Installation of 22 kV overhead transmission lines from the Proposed Development to the Essential Energy Pole

Draft Code of Meeting Practice Narromine Shire Council
Council at its Extraordinary Meeting held 12 August resolved that the revised Draft Code of Meeting Practice 2025 be placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days, inviting written submissions for a period of 42 days.
Submissions will therefore close Wednesday, 23 September 2026
