- Community and Industry Representation – local community, relevant industry bodies and environmental groups (max 7 members across affected areas)
- Council Staff Representation – engineering, strategic and planning and environmental (no voting rights)
- Office of Environment and Heritage – one representative (no voting rights)
- State Emergency Service Representation – minimum one representative
Economic Development Group Committee
(Quorum to be a minimum of four and must include a Councillor representative, as Chair)
- Three Councillors, Crs Jablonski, Munro and Craft
- Business Representation – five representatives from the local business industry; one representative from Regional Development Australia; one Arts/Culture representative
- Community representation - five representatives from the community
