- One representative each from Skypark Residents, Narromine Aeroclub, Aerodrome Business Operators, Narromine Aviation Museum and the Narromine Gliding Club
- Council Staff Representative – General Manager, Director Community & Economic Development and Manager Waste and Community Facilities (no voting rights)

(Quorum to be a minimum of four and must include a Councillor Representative, as Chair)
- Two Councillors - Cr Lambert and Cr Howe
- Six Community Representatives
- Council Staff Representative – Director Community & Economic Development or nominee (no voting rights)
Narromine Showground & Racecourse Advisory Committee
(Quorum to be a minimum of five and must include a Councillor representative, as Chair)
- Two Councillors - Cr Lambert and Cr Smith
- Two representatives each from the Narromine Agricultural Show Society, the Narromine Turf Club, and the Narromine Pony Club
- Council Staff Representative – Director Community & Economic Development or nominee (no voting rights)
Trangie Showground & Racecourse Advisory Committee
(Quorum to be a minimum of five and must include a Councillor representative, as Chair)
- Two Councillors - Cr Davies and Cr Howe
- Two representatives from Macquarie Picnic Race Club, Trangie Jockey Club, Trangie Horse & Pony Club, Trangie Campdraft Association and Trangie Team Penning Inc
- Two Community Representatives
- Council Staff Representative – Director Community & Economic Development or nominee (no voting rights)
Tomingley Advancement Association Committee
(Quorum to be a minimum of four and must include a Councillor representative, as Chair)
- One Councillor - Cr Lambert
- One Alternate Delegate - Cr Bohm

Floodplain Management Committee
(Quorum to be a minimum of five and must include a Councillor representative, as Chair)

- Community and Industry Representation – local community, relevant industry bodies and environmental groups (max 7 members across affected areas)
- Council Staff Representation – engineering, strategic and planning and environmental (no voting rights)
- Office of Environment and Heritage – one representative (no voting rights)
- State Emergency Service Representation – minimum one representative
Economic Development Group Committee
(Quorum to be a minimum of four and must include a Councillor representative, as Chair)
- Three Councillors - Cr Roberts, Cr Leak and Cr Lambert
- Business and Community Representation – six representatives from the local business industry and/or community; one representative from Regional Development Australia; one Arts/Culture representative
- Council Staff Representation – General Manager or nominee (no voting rights)
