- One representative each from Skypark Residents, Narromine Aeroclub, Aerodrome Business Operators, Narromine Aviation Museum and the Narromine Gliding Club

- Two representatives each from the Narromine Agricultural Show Society, the Narromine Turf Club, and the Narromine Pony Club

Trangie Showground & Racecourse Advisory Committee

- Two representatives from Macquarie Picnic Race Club, Trangie Jockey Club, Trangie Horse & Pony Club, Trangie Campdraft Association and Trangie Team Penning Inc
- Two Community Representatives
- Council Staff Representative – Director Community & Economic Development or nominee (no voting rights)
Tomingley Advancement Association Committee
(Quorum to be a minimum of four and must include a Councillor representative, as Chair)

Floodplain Management Committee

- Council Staff Representation – engineering, strategic and planning and environmental (no voting rights)

Economic Development Group Committee
(Quorum to be a minimum of four and must include a Councillor representative, as Chair)
- Three Councillors
- Business and Community Representation – six representatives from the local business industry and/or community; one representative from Regional Development Australia; one Arts/Culture representative
- Council Staff Representation – General Manager or nominee (no voting rights)
