Instructions for Emergency Services personnel memberships

PLEASE NOTE ONLINE MEMBERSHIPS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO USE UNTIL THE 24TH OF MAY 2024. 

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CREATE AN ONLINE MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT UNTIL THEN.

Those in Emergency Service roles are eligible for concessional memberships and can use the following instructions to sign up for a membership at a discounted rate.

Emergency Services personnel includes police, paramedics, fire and rescue, doctors, nurses and state emergency services. This does not include administration staff, cleaners, cooks and other roles in these organisations that do not attend the scene of emergencies to minimise the risk to community safety and security.

Step 1

Visit the Client Portal and select ‘Join Now’.

Select ‘Emergency Services Memberships’ and ‘Next’.

Select the plan that best suits your needs and click ‘Next’.

Select when you would like the contract to start, then click ‘Next’.

Enter all required details on the form, including personal information, contact & emergency contact information, the pre-exercise screening questions, and details of your identification documents.

To claim the emergency services personnel discount, you are required to provide details of your emergency services registration, including the identification number and the expiry date. (Council staff may contact you to sight and confirm the details).

At the end of the form are the terms & conditions acknowledgement, medical acknowledgement and marketing preferences. Please read and select as appropriate and click ‘Next’.

You will then be taken to the summary page. Please check all details are correct.

If you need to make any changes, please use the ‘Previous’ button to go back and update your selections as required.

Once you are ready to proceed, please ensure you view the membership agreement by clicking the ‘Read Full Agreement’ link. The agreement contains the Terms and Conditions you are bound by when using the facility.

If you are happy to proceed, select the ‘Yes’ button to agree to the terms and conditions.

This will launch a signature panel for you to sign. Please sign within the signature panel and select ‘OK’, then ‘Next’.

You will now be taken to our payment page to pay for your membership. Please complete your details and submit your payment.

If your payment is successful, you should receive a notification advising you to check your email for further details.

You are now an active member of the Narromine Sport and Fitness Centre. Welcome aboard!
