Empowering Our Leaders : Council Staff Complete Leadership Training

Narromine Shire Council is proud to announce the successful completion of the Leaders@Narromine program by 16 of its staff members. 

This program specifically designed for both existing and emerging Team Leaders and Supervisors in outdoor work environments, has equipped participants with crucial skills to enhance their leadership capabilities.

The Leaders@Narromine program is a highly interactive and hands-on experience, focusing on the key components of effective leadership, teamwork and addressing the day-to-day challenges that arise in the workplace.

The participants drawn from various departments within Council, engaged in a series of challenging and rewarding activities designed to test and improve their leadership skills in real-world settings.
